So, you find yourself at a crossing… What do you do?
This is really a question we face every day, whether it is a big crossing or just a small one, we are constantly making choices that shape the rest of our life. To some it is easier and safer to just buckle up and take the easy route and live a life that doesn’t push the limits. I would say the majority of people fall into this category.
Then there are those who shy away from the corssing altogether. “Honey, there might be a train coming, I don’t think we cshould cross here. We might get hit.” You know the type, right? We all do. They are afraid to make any move at all that isn’t on total solid ground. They tread water for fear of the shore and fear of floating away. They never really get anywhere, do they?
Then there are those who see the crossing as a challenge, an opportunity. “Shall I stay or shall I go now,” never really enters there heads. It is go, go , GO all the way. They embrace life and are willing to pus it to its limits because they don’t see the limits. All they know how to do is fly.
I want to challenge you today, if you are not one of these people, to spread your wings and fly. Buckle your seat belts and go for a ride. Take that ride as far as you can and see what happens. Could you crash? Could you get hit by an oncoming train? Yes, possibly, but you will never know the thrill of flying and how far you can actually go if you don’t give it a try.
Go for it!
Let me know how it feels..
